Since the outset of his career, Christopher has been dedicated to the education of other musicians and has established a distinguished reputation as a piano teacher and chamber music and vocal coach. In addition to the teaching posts he holds at Loretto School in Musselburgh and the Specialist Music School of Douglas Academy in Milngavie, Christopher works regularly with students the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Junior School and has giving presentations and masterclasses across the globe, most recently in Hong Kong, China and India. As an examiner of both Grade and Diploma exams for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and appearing regularly as a competition adjudicator and advisor, Christopher remains constantly in touch with international standards and developments.
